When will my order arrive?
Congratulations on your Linda Cabot Design purchase! We know you can’t wait to get it and we are thrilled to be part of the place you call home.
We are a small boutique business and aim to ship in stock items within 48-72 hours. Expected transit times depend on your location, but most often you will have your package within 7-10 business days. You will receive an order confirmation number and tracking information once your item ships. Turn around times for custom orders vary and will be discussed on a case by case basis.
We ship UPS within the lower 48 states. Free shipping offers do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii or the US territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you live outside the lower 48 and have fallen in love with a Linda Cabot Design product, give a shout to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see what we can do to help.
What if it doesn’t work in my space or I don’t like it?
We get it. Big bummer.
We want you to love your Linda Cabot Design product and gladly accept returns of all Linda Cabot products in original condition for 14 days after it arrives in your home. Just fill out the return form and send it back and we will process your return or send you an exchange item if you prefer. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse return shipping costs or refund original shipping costs for returned items. Sale items are not returnable.
What if there is something wrong with my product?
If your product is defective, we want to know about it. We work hard to make quality handmade home textiles that bring enjoyment for years to come. If you have a problem, reach out to email@example.com. We will work to find a suitable resolution. Please note that our handmade products have natural variations and normal fading that enhance their the beauty and originality and are not seen as defects.

Prepaid Return Labels
We recommend you return ship through UPS or other carrier that provides tracking. If you prefer, you can email us for a pre-paid return shipping label, $7.00 will be subtracted from your refund to cover the return shipping cost. We cannot be responsible for return items unless they are tracked and have been received by Linda Cabot Design.
How do I check my order status?
You will receive an automatic order confirmation email within 24 hours of your purchase. You can click on your order number to check the status of your order.
Do you make custom colorways or prints?
We can do almost anything and love working with designers and homelovers to create something original and just perfect. Just drop a line to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what you are looking for. There is a $150 design charge on most custom orders.
