Say hello to the newest addition to the Linda Cabot Design Team, Shannon Wilson. Shannon will be working as our Marketing Manager and we could not be more excited!
Originally from Brockport, New York (a teeny, tiny town near Rochester) Shannon has always been passionate about photography and the environment. She holds a BA in Media Studies, Journalism, and Digital Arts from Saint Michael’s College in Burlington, Vermont where she studied media trends, photography and videography, and journalistic media.
While in VT, Shannon fell in love with New England and knew her next move would be to Boston. An avid lover of the outdoors, she is so excited to have the opportunity to be able to enjoy city life, the ocean, and the mountains – all in one!
Product Photography
For the past two years, Shannon worked as the Digital Content Manager for Noisette Jewelry, a small e-commerce jewelry store based in Brockport. She created the company’s social media platforms from scratch, growing their following and brand through social media campaigns, her own original photography, and customer service techniques. She played a key role in the creation of the company’s new website that launched in the summer of 2020 as the company moved away from being an Etsy exclusive store.
IG Feeds
Like many small businesses in 2020, Noisette saw a decrease in sales, but through Shannon’s efforts with campaign management and SEO tactics, the company’s sales doubled. To accomplish this goal, Shannon created a major holiday campaign in December 2020 that included a holiday themed photoshoot and the company’s first giveaway campaign. She’s excited to bring these skills to Linda Cabot Design, creating dynamic campaigns that highlight the company’s beautiful products!

Shannon is so excited to be working for Linda Cabot Design, as she has always been passionate about environmentalism and sustainability. She loves skincare, yoga, cooking, and fashion. Shannon knows how detrimental fast fashion is to our environment, and finds joy in thrifting and consignment to keep up with the latest trends. Her true passion is photography and editing, and then applying both to social media. If you see her on her phone, she’s probably either scrolling on Instagram or on Pinterest, looking at inspo pictures for Instagram!
Welcome, Shannon! We can’t wait to see what you have in store for the Linda Cabot Design Team.
